This screw is specially designed for drilling through 25mm thick steel plates.
A standard 30mm drill point can reach the required depth, but as drilling progresses deeper into heavy steel sections, chip evacuation becomes increasingly difficult. Poor chip removal may lead to clogging, overheating, and reduced drilling efficiency.
To solve this problem, spiral flutes are added behind the drill tip to improve chip evacuation during deep drilling applications.
The design allows chips to clear more efficiently, helping maintain smoother and more stable drilling performance.

In addition, the flute geometry also helps streamline production, making the manufacturing process faster and more stable compared to conventional spiral-flute drill screws.

Prototype 2 — Enhanced Groove Design
Prototype 2 features an additional groove on the drill head to further improve drilling speed and chip evacuation performance.
Under testing conditions, it is expected to drill through 25mm steel plates in approximately 20–25 seconds, offering even faster penetration efficiency for heavy structural steel applications.
